Quality is what I expected and this is a replica of what was used on the movies. When you first get it looks smaller than what you'd expect. Once you put it on it matches to what the movies show. Besides this was for my young son, who is nuts about the adventures of Indy, so he relives the moments.

I received the bag and strap, and it is great! It only took nine days since ordering to be delivered to my apartment in Australia. The speed of delivery was impressive in itself! I ordered from Todds because I figured that a newly made one would suit my needs better than an original antique. Prior to ordering I read some comments that suggested the material used for the bag may be too soft, but it seems fine. All I need is to carry a few kilos now and then, and It is strong enough to do that easily. The sturdy strap is great as well. The price was also good compared with others.

I had been looking for a small to medium-sized satchel to carry around my Bible and a few other items while I'm on the move. You know -- something about the size of the bag Indiana Jones carried. After some disappointing searches on the web to find a satchel/messenger bag that was small enough to suit me, I finally just looked up "Indiana Jones bag." Wouldn't you know it, I found Todd's had this fantastic, affordable replica of the MKVII gas mask bag. I ordered mine with the leather strap. It arrived this last week, and so far I am pretty much completely content with it. The size is exactly what I wanted, and the layout of the pockets/sleeves inside is completely suitable for my needs. I will say though that the material of the bag is not quite as strong as I was hoping it to be -- but still feels strong enough to be adequate for every-day use. Before ordering, I had read through other reviews here, and the review left by Unknown on June 5th 2012 seemed to hint that these newer bags may be made with weaker material than they were at one point. That review did raise some concerns for me. But having never handled an "original" MKVII gas mask bag myself, I can't really comment about whether this replica bag is in fact of lesser quality material. I suppose I wouldn't be surprised if I learned that this bag is in fact made of lesser material, given that Todd's is really selling these more as a costume piece as opposed to a bag ready for every-day satchel use. Still, I would *happily* pay more for the same product in a slightly stronger material. Overall, I think the bag will be strong enough to suit my purposes for at least a few years. I wish it were stronger, but I really can't complain. If Todd's still has them available in a few years and mine happens to be worn out, I would not hesitate to purchase another one from them; as I can find no other bag on the internet that suits my purposes so perfectly for such a reasonable price. Besides, no man bag could ever be manlier than the one Indiana Jones carries! Thanks Todd!

The satchel looks good and feels good. It's the right choice to top up your Indiana Jones costume, and at a very good price too.

I got this bag from my friend, hardly used, (He couldn't climb trees with it flopping around, I traded a machete for it) and god am I pleased. For the time I have had it (1 month) I have put it through hell, and it comes out looking almost perfect. It is tough, it is reliable, and the best peice of gear I own (Aside from my whip) I love it!!!
