Indiana Jones Jacket

This is my first leather jacket, but I have to say that not only is it SPOT on for the Raiders jacket, it is also a very comfortable everyday jacket. The leather is very soft and feels broken in right out of the box. I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect Indy or even an everyday jacket.

I was initially concerned about the overall thickness of this jacket, but I am soooo glad that I went ahead and placed my order. It has the perfect weight and drape. The leather feels buttery soft, like a nice broken in jacket. It completely exceeded my expectations.

I'm new to non-cowhide leather, so when my jacket arrived, my first thought was, "It's too thin and the leather is too perfect. This has to be pleather." Also, it didn't have a "leather-like" smell. I took it to my local cobbler, who had altered another leather jacket of mine, put it on the counter, and said, "Can you tell me what this is made of?" He ran his fingers over it and said, "Lambskin." And then he kept looking and rubbing and said, "This is a really nice jacket." He recommended that I condition it with neatsfoot oil so I bought another bottle from him and gave the jacket a thorough soaking that evening. The next morning it was supple and had a nice leathery aroma, and I totally fell in love with the jacket. A couple of days later I went back for something else and told him how pleased I was with the neatsfoot oil, and he said again, "That was a really nice jacket." So if it was that memorable to a guy who's worked with leather for 50-something years, I take that as very high praise. The fit, finish and overall vibe of this jacket are incredible. Considering that I paid $400+ for another movie replica jacket, plus another hundred to have it altered/accurized, Todd's jackets are a steal.

This is the best jacket I've EVER owned, period. Not just because it SCREAMS Raiders, but because it does what it does. It's lightweight but the leather is very strong and provides a nice level of protection from the elements. I can wear this in warm weather or throw on a sweater and wear it in the cold and be fine. Don't know one person who has bought this jacket and NOT loved it!

This jacket is very accurate, in many ways, to the film jacket. Great lightweight, quality constructed jacket that is very suitable for everyday wear. I have had mine for a little over a year now and is still going strong. Don't hesitate on this offer! It is the most accurate Raiders jacket you can get at a price that is very affordable.

I was so impressed with the look and feel of this jacket. Right out of the box it has the perfect drape/look of the Raiders of the Lost Ark jacket. No need to "break in" this jacket, the leather is very soft yet durable and looks even better with just a few hours of wear. This jacket can be worn year round, its light enough for spring/fall/summer night wear, but warm enough for winter wear with a sweater underneath. I've heard so many good things about this jacket, I'm glad I finally decided to pull the trigger. If your searching for the most accurate Raiders jacket then look no further. The quality, value, and customer service can't be beat!

This is the best jacket for the money. I have paid six times the price for Indy jackets that don't look any more screen accurate than this. Also, this is a solid jacket and will hold up to abuse! If you are thinking about a first jacket, it's a no-brainer. If you already have a couple of Indy jackets, this one will hold its own against the jackets already hanging in your closet! This is THE jacket...I've not found anything wrong with mine, and am able to wear it all through the year with the exception of mid-summer..This IS Indy, through and through.. In comparison to the Raiders screenshots it is PERFECT..If you're looking for a Raiders Jacket, this is IT.

This is a costume jacket that doesn't look or feel like a "costume" jacket. This is a respectable piece of clothing that looks great on its own, with or without the hat!
