Our goal is to produce holster rigs that are as true to the originals as possible. The holsters in each of the OT movies were different.

ALL HOLSTER RIGS FEATURES

  • Genuine leather
  • Hand weathered finish

  • Holster fits any Mauser-based blaster of correct dimensions.  We can't guarantee it will fit toys or 3D printed models of incorrect dimensions.

ANH HOLSTER RIG SPECIFIC FEATURES

  • Hand-weathered two-tone dark brown leather
  • No visible stitching on utility pouches
  • No visible fasteners on front buckle hooks
  • Thick machined aluminum disk on right belt
  • Edge grooves on holster, belt, and straps
  • Front buckle opens on right side

ESB HOLSTER RIG SPECIFIC FEATURES

  • The same features as ANH except:
  • ESB specific buckles

ROTJ HOLSTER RIG SPECIFIC FEATURES

  • Hand-weathered tan leather
  • Visible stitching on outside of utility pouches
  • Exposed rivet fasteners on front buckle hooks
  • Thin machined aluminum disk on right belt
  • Grooves on edges of holster, but not belt or straps
  • Front buckle opens on left side

YOU DON'T HAVE A 34" WAIST

If you are wearing size 34 jeans, your waist is probably 40" or more

I sell my belts by real inches. To find the size you need, take one of your belts and measure it from the middle of the buckle to the hole you fasten it on. Order that. Done.

If you are buying a belt to wear below your regular belt, measure to the next hole.

 

 

 

 



Use a cloth tape to measure your hip where you want to the belt to ride. Consider the Pants you will be wearing with it, Purchase the nearest length to your measurement.

    This is absolutely an incredibly awesome ANH Han Solo holster rig. This is very heavy duty and well made. The craftsmanship is superb. I am more than pleased. You will not go wrong with buying this. FYI make sure you measure correctly around your hips as instructed. Thanks James

    All I can say is WOW!!!!!! This holster is Awesome!!!! I have always wanted Han Solo’s holster and now my childhood dream has come true. The holster is very well made and detailed. The price for this holster is worth it. Thanks Todd for making this Star Wars master piece a reality for me.

    I Bought a more pricey belt from another vendor and Todd's was astronomically superior in quality. Seriously. Whatever they want time is. It's worth it.

    Amazing holster. Really excited to use this item. Quickly received and prepared. The protective packaging's filter paper was very difficult to remove from the holster, but otherwise, it was a seamless experience. Thank you!

    The ESB Han Solo holster rig I purchased from Todd's is of the upmost quality. I could not be happier with the craftsmanship, fit, and look. If you are looking to put together a Han Solo costume than this is the holster you want.

    I have been dreaming about this holster for literally 20 years. I sat waiting like a kid on the front porch when the postman dropped it off. The holster did not disappoint. It is everything I hoped it could be. I immediately strapped it on and tried my blaster in it. Fits like a glove. (I have the AW Airsoft blaster.) Be sure to follow the measurement directions closely. It isn't difficult, but make sure you get it right. The Rubies blaster will not fit in this holster. It is incredible. You will not be disappointed. If you want to bring a sense of quality to your costume skip the cheap costume versions, save a few more bucks and get this high quality fully leather version. The hardware is top notch. It won't fall apart if you turn the wrong way. Any smuggler would be proud to strap this on their hip and carry their trusty DL-44. After all these years I finally have an amazing quality holster at an even more amazing price. Thank you for all you do for the community, Todd. We are lucky to have you.

    I had been waiting some time for this rig to arrive and it was certainly worth the wait. The build quality and attention to detail is excellent. I have already ordered the belt to go with it. Just need to pull my finger out and get on with my blaster build.
