Indiana Jones Sandbag

This is a really nice bag, although it’s a little different than I was expecting. The pictures make it look more like a softer material, but the finished product is a very nice leather, which of course, makes it very nice and high quality. I’m sure with a little aging this thing will do just fine!

With some distressing looks whether it's paint or actual dirt, This is really accurate to the original Sandbag in the film.

Indy fans......you will like this bag....when you get it....it will look yellow\white......no worries....brew a pot of black coffee....let it cool down......grab a pot....soak the bag in the coffee for at least an hour.....take it out.....rinse in cold water in sink....ring it out.....lye it flat on old towel....let it dry natural....fan in front is fine.....then you will get the base color you see in the movie.....then just scuff it up....I used used motor oil on the edges....not alot....gives the darker tones.....let it dry....spray with air cleaner.... dead for smells....your good to go!....just need the idol.....

This bag is beautiful! The materials are top quality. Holding it feels like you plucked Indy's bag right out of the movie. The thing that impresses me most about this bag, though, is the inner bag. You'd never know that it's in there, but having it lets you toss the Indy sandbag around (like you're having a real adventure) without getting sand everywhere. Which is very useful, especially when having adventures in the house. Distressing the bag to perfection is also a lot of fun. If you're in the market for an Indy sandbag, I highly recommend Todd's!

The order arrived much quicker than expected, so a big thank you right off the bat. The bag is well made and feels soft to the touch. I know there are tips about aging or weathering this piece but I like the way it looks straight out of the packaging. The removable insert bag was a nice touch. I pulled it out, filled it with balled-up cloth remnants to create a nice round shape, and then put it back inside. Once the drawstrings are drawn tight and wrapped around snuggly, the Peruvian Temple Sandbag was ready to be displayed next to my golden idol reproduction. They look marvelous together. I couldn't have been happier with this transaction. Thank you, Todd's Costumes!

Needed a few pieces to round out my Indy collection and completely neglected the drawstring bag used for the idol swap. Saw many versions online but this reproduction by Todd's seems the most faithful to the original. I'm not going to risk hand aging my new bag but it still looks amazing displayed with the rest of my collection. Thank you Todd's Costumes!

Really, the Tod's is the best of Indiana Jones sandbag! The leather is perfact for all types of weatherage and the lace is uncorruptible!! Thanks!!!

I give it a 3 because it works and the details and dimensions seem right. But the leather is coated (if it is leather) and is shiney making it difficult to distress-your-self. Even a raw, untouched, leather color would be easier to distress than this material. The color is basically white. That said, this jones sand bag goes to my GF's fashion collection, not an Indy's adventure. Todd's is inconsistent; sometimes they nail something, other things...not so much.
