Now THIS is a good blaster to have at your side!  Perfect for display, conventions, collecting, or just because it's cool!

My Han Solo DL-44 Blaster is the result of years of fanatical research. I've procured all of the original elements possible including Veron model kit cylinders and pushrods, Hensoldt-Wetzlar scopes, and MG-81 flash suppressor and adapter. I've spec'd them all in minute detail. I've personally examined the re-assembled original blaster (sold at auction the summer of 2022 for $1,200,000) and measured it every conceivable way including weight. I've searched out the best manufacturers for each of the parts required to duplicate this prop, down to the screws. What I'm offering here is incredibly close to the real prop.

How fanatical?  Well, I've reproduced every detail that can be reproduced, even details you will never see. Such as the barrel that was constructed with a heavy steel barrel cover, threaded to accept a rifle barrel for a Frank Sinatra spy movie.  Such as a COMPLETE Hensold-Wetzlar scope with ALL INTERNAL PARTS, identical to the original scopes. Such as using 3 Veron model engine cylinders to construct the "grille". The scope mounting nuts have straight knurls. The scope tubes are real steel, not cheaper aluminum.

The "battle worn" finish features hand applied wear, scratches, chips, rust, and scuffs to make it as close as possible in appearance to the actual prop as it was used on screen. It's painstaking work, but the end result is a feast for the eyes, I assure you.

Grab one of these beautiful props while I can still make them! (I'm not getting any younger!)

Please note that this replica does not hold or fire real ammunition.

Disclaimer: Despite copying the lenses from real original Hensoldt-Wetzlar scopes, they unfortunately do not focus for distance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.  But we do not know if these are legal in your country.  That is for you to find out.

What about customs?

Paying the import duty your government imposes is your responsibility.  Import duty is determined by your government after the shipment arrives in your country.  We have no idea what your government will charge you to import anything we sell.  We will not refund you the shipping charges if the parcel is returned because you refuse to pay import duty.

How much is shipping to the UK?  Finland?  Botswana?

Add the item to your shopping cart, go to your cart, then enter your shipping address.  You will see real time quotes from USPS and UPS with the available service options and prices.  These are the ACTUAL charges with nothing added.  We make no money on shipping.

Do you ever have trouble shipping these to another country?

Occasionally, yes.  We do sometimes experience delays with blasters going through customs, since they are difficult to classify.  It is not unusual to experience delays up to two months in customs.  USPS shipments are delayed more often than UPS shipments.  About 80% of our shipments get through as expected. Although these are illegal in MANY countries, some customs agencies let them through anyway.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, both USPS and UPS offer tracking.  USPS tracking is quite limited.  After the parcel arrives at your country, your government's customs department takes possession of it.  USPS can't track it beyond this point.  After customs has  inspected, classified, and taxed it,  it is handed over to a local delivery service.  This agency will collect the import duty and arrange delivery.  You may be required to pick it up.  UPS offers better tracking because they handle the package from door to door, including collecting the import duty.

    Worth the Wait

Posted by Josh Butt on 7th Nov 2022

I waited a year for this blaster, but it was worth every minute. The detail is amazing! It is a very heavy and authentic piece of art. The parts are all robust and solid, the action is true to the broom handle Mauser on which it is built, the scope is solid and functioning. Just an amazing item that is the jewel of my collection!

So nice I bought it twice!!!

Posted by Steven B on 15th Oct 2022

I ordered the regular DL-44 and my wife and I were soo impressed with the level of detail that she actually told me to buy the battle worn version as well. Todd was having supply chain issues and dealing with the fires in CA at the time but he provided constant updates and it was completely worth the wait! There is NOTHING out there that even comes close to these blasters. I cannot recommend this item enough. I am getting the display stands as well. If you were ever into Star Wars as a kid it’s like holding a piece of history. And…JFTR.. Han shot first. ;-)

    Absolutely Stunning

Posted by Ben Thompson on 17th Oct 2021

Without a doubt, this is THE premier replica for this blaster. As a devout Star Wars fan and collector of WWI/WWII memorabilia, I can absolutely attest to Todd’s attention to detail on all fronts. His commitment to excellence is matched only by his communication throughout the process. If you are looking to have a quality blaster at your side, look no further.

Solo DL-44 blaster, battle worn finish

Beautifully done replica. All parts look like they're accurately sourced with original manufacturer names and serial numbers, the finish is spot on, as is the weathering. Excellent display piece. If you're lucky enough to obtain one, you definitely will not be disappointed.

    DL 44 battle worn blaster

Simply could not be happier! Worth the money and the wait. With the way it looks, feels, and the weight, it seems like it could have come from the movie set. Also Todd was great with communication which was appreciated.

Closest you'll ever get to the real thing!

Posted by Chris Lobao on 4th Oct 2021

Well worth the wait! I have bought several of Todd's products in the past, but nothing prepared me for this blaster. Todd's attention to detail, craftsmanship, and overall professionalism is unparalleled. This blaster feels like it came right off the set in 1977. I am thrilled to finally have my very own smugglers sidearm!

Han Solo DL-44 battle worn blaster

Posted by Robert Lukach on 4th Oct 2021

This is an absolute masterpiece! Todd has really done his homework researching this iconic prop. Anyone looking for the finest and most accurate Han Solo blaster, this is it. The weight of this alone lends credence to why this is a very fine prop. Now, I just need a movie accurate holster, which I’ll probably get from Todd’s also. Check out this prop and all the other fine accessories he has. Wonderful stuff!

    The best there is!

Posted by Jonathan Conklin on 29th Sep 2021

This has to be the coolest thing on the market. The amount of esoteric detail of this blaster is amazing, and it's well worth the pretty penny. Todd clearly has done his research, and it shows in the beautiful piece. Thanks so much!
